Movement • Women • Systems Change

Women across Africa are ambitious—but without access, their potential stalls. Her Impact bridges that gap.
That truth sits at the heart of Her Impact — a women-led movement designed to close the gap between what women are capable of and what they can actually access.
Her Impact is a practical, contribution-led ecosystem. It helps women turn intention into action—in business, leadership, innovation, and personal growth.
The Problem We’re Solving: Ambition Without Access
Women are entering spaces once closed to them with courage, skill, and vision. Yet many remain stuck—not due to lack of discipline, intelligence, or drive—but because they lack direct access to knowledge, networks, protection, and opportunity.
Her Impact exists to close this gap.
What Exactly Is Her Impact?
Founded by Violet Leetjamang, Her Impact is an evolving ecosystem that connects women who have experience, insight, and resources with women who need first-hand access to move forward. The movement is built to grow beyond any one individual — offering a shared structure for collaboration, stewardship, and long-term impact. It is designed for continuity, not personality.
Who This Movement Is For
Her Impact is for the woman who lies awake at night knowing she is capable of more—outwardly functioning, inwardly restless. Whether she is at the idea stage, early in business, established but stuck, or professionally successful yet restless, Her Impact exists for her.
What Her Impact Is Not
Her Impact is not a space for comparison, hierarchy, or dismissal of others’ journeys.
It is for women willing to learn, contribute, and build collectively.
What We Mean by “Access”
At Her Impact, access goes beyond visibility or inspiration. It means creating practical pathways across three core areas:
Personal and Inner Stability– mental and emotional resilience; spiritual alignment as a foundation for leadership
Practical and Professional Capability– financial education grounded in responsibility; legal literacy for personal and business protection; technology and digital skills for modern participation
Relational and Systemic Access– mentorship from women actively doing the work; trusted networks where ideas can be tested and supported; collaboration, and opportunity pathways
We believe every woman deserves equal opportunity—whether in Cape Town, Idutywa, Limpopo, or any underserved town across Africa.
How Her Impact Begins — and Continues
The Her Impact Webinar is the entry point into a broader ecosystem. It connects women across regions and stages, provides immediate access to lived knowledge, and opens pathways to mentorship and collaboration.
From there, Her Impact expands into on-the-ground activations including workshops, mentorship circles, wellness and leadership sessions, and legal and financial clinics — strengthening existing local initiatives rather than duplicating them.
The Bigger Vision for Her Impact
Her Impact envisions a connected continental network of women supporting women — across borders, industries, and communities.
This includes:
collaboration between women in cities and small towns,
ideas scaling across provinces and countries,
shared ownership of solutions and platforms.
Her Impact is designed to be carried forward by women through collective participation.
What Her Impact Stands For
Her Impact is about freeing women — not from responsibility, but from isolation, misalignment, and exclusion.
In this context, freedom means:
alignment with self,
clarity of strengths, gaps, and networks,
emotional and practical stability,
financial understanding and decision-making power,
the ability to participate fully and safely in the world.
Women across Africa are ambitious—but many are under-accessed. Her Impact bridges that divide
